I came home from having my new hip on 11th June --- a new woman! The sun is shining, the garden aglow and I can enjoy it and look forward to pottering there soon. Unfortunately our web connection was down and we only got back on line yesterday - really frustrating.
Well, at last I can thank everyone for all their good wishes and messages over the many months I have been grumpy and unwell! My family, so many lovely friends, and crafting, have kept my spirits up. I'm walking well, improving each day, and now only have a couple of nasty blisters on my foot to get rid of --- big smiles all round!
I'm having trouble getting into this blog to add a new post - anyway, thank you all for your good wishes - I think I may have to start a new blog - I'll attempt to link it here if I do. Connie.
....... reluctantly, as I can't post new items into this blog, I have started again at http://konnykards-musingsofaseniorcitizen.blogspot.com/ I do hope friends will find me!! Connie.
I am new to your blog and am ever so happy that I stumbled upon it as your work is so very, very beautiful and inspiring! I am so happy you are feeling better. Looking forward to following your blog from now on! xo jennifer from richmond, va usa
