I LOVE your quilted ATCs! And agree with poster, Maureen, that if you have technical difficulaties it certainly isn't with uploading photos - love that circle one. Never heard of Dumpr.
When I save a picture from a blog, I right click and then just save it to my desk top - will that work for you? and then upload from there with browse.
