Stitching on Hessian

For two days I have had an arthritis flare in my right arm so could only do short sessions on PC and stitching.
As I had made the crochet flowers previously in practice I stitched these quicky small hessian pieces and spent time reading.

Yesterday Sandie, a docrafts web crafting friend, called unexpectedly. What a lovely surprise - we had not met before.

We had lots of ideas to share and really enjoyed the afternoon. I gave her the top piece as a momento - it is slightly bigger than ATC size.
The pink piece is an ATC.

I really do like your header photograph - I like to look closely at your stitches and be inspired. I'm glad you are still enjoying your crochet flowers and finding somewhere pretty to place them. They bring joy!

Thanks too for your comments about Dad. He has many complaints these days. It will be nice to spend time with him and try to cheer him up!

Have a lovely weekend yourself Connie and I hope your aches and pains ease away so you can do the things you enjoy

Lovely things on your blog Connie, I had a very personal challenge to learn to crochet as nobody could teach me as I am left handed, but I did it and I think my Gmother would be proud that I did.
